Rip The Ref Shipping & Returns Policy

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

At Rip The Ref, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our shipping and return policies below for important information about order processing, delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping Information

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges apply to all orders placed through riptheref.com. We do not currently offer free shipping. Available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We make every effort to process and ship orders on the same day when placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after this cutoff will generally ship the next business day. While we also make every effort to ship orders on Saturdays, Saturday shipping is not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

We recommend USPS and UPS for fast, reliable delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that same-day shipping and estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us through riptheref.com and include your order number so our team can assist you.

2. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible purchases made directly through riptheref.com within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your Rip The Ref product must:

Be clean and in good condition.
Be returned intact with all original parts, including the head, arms, and legs.
Be free from excessive wear or damage caused by misuse.
Be returned in accordance with our 30-day return policy.

Products with missing pieces, excessive wear, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through riptheref.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number when submitting your request. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking to help ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our website as soon as possible.

When contacting us, include your order number and a photo showing the issue so our team can review the situation and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

3. Purchases Through Third-Party Retailers

Our return policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through riptheref.com.

If you purchased Rip The Ref through Amazon or another authorized retailer, all returns and refund requests must be handled directly through the retailer where the original purchase was made, subject to that retailer’s policies.
